How do I sign up?
To become a member of MyCantos, go to the "Signup" page (www.mycantos.com/signUp.php), choose a username and password, and enter your email. Then click the "Sign Up" button and you're done.
How do I confirm my email address?
We send you a confirmation web-link to our site when you sign up. Just log on to the email id you provided and click on the link. Thats it.
Can I use MyCantos service without verifying my email address?
You may use MyCantos without verifying your email, however can not send or receive messages.
I forgot my username/password, how do I recover those?
Simply go to following page (www.mycantos.com/forgot.php) and follow some steps to recover your lost username or password.
What is mobile phone verification?
If you wish to use MyCantos SMS service, you need to provide a valid Indian mobile phone number that must be verified.
  1. To verify your mobile phone we will send you a code to the mobile phone number.
  2. When you logon to your myCantos home, you will see a link that indicates the mobile phone verification is pending.

  3. Click on the link and enter the code to complete the verification process.
Is my mobile phone information secure?
Yes, MyCantos does not share your personal information such as name, address and mobile phone.
There is an icon next to my picture that says mobile verified, what does it mean?
This icon tells other members that you have successfully verified your mobile phone by supplying the code we sent you. Verified Mobile members are featured on top of the search and usually mean that the profile is not fake.
What is the difference between a public and a private message?
A private message can only be viewed by your intended recipient. On the other hand, public messages can be posted and viewed by any other user.
